"Father William Brennan, a 90-year-old Jesuit who sat in a wheelchair Saturday as he blocked traffic on Victory Drive as part of the protest, was not arrested but was told to appear in Municipal Court on Monday along with Janice Sevre-Duszynska, who accompanied him."
"Both pleaded guilty to obstruction of a highway and unlawful assembly, said Hendrik Voss, the national organizer for SOA Watch. Brennan received a $50 fine. Sevre-Duszynska, 60, was fined $500, court officials said."...
"Sevre-Duszynska, who said she is an ordained Roman Catholic priest, said the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, formerly the School of the Americas, needs to be permanently closed."
“This isn’t what we’re about as United States citizens,” she said. “It’s a stain on our human rights record and we need to be accountable.”
