Lexington Woman Ordained Priest/ABC News Clip

Donna Rougeux of Lexington became the second woman ever ordained as a priest in Kentucky and the 97th in the United States.

        The Ordination took place at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Lexington.

        Rougeux becomes the 130th priest in the Association of Roman Catholic Women Priests.
        
        Rougeux graduated from Lexington Theological Seminary in 2009 with a Masters in Pastoral Studies.

        She completed residency with Hospice of Bluegrass in 2010, earning four units of Clinical Pastoral Education. 

       Rougeux plans on becoming a certified chaplain at the Hospice of Bluegrass.
