America Votes: May Jesus’ teachings of creating a table for all guide you as you vote today

 In the beatitudes, Jesus turned people’s expectations upside down by saying that blessings may be experienced in unexpected circumstances and people- the poor, the sick and the bereaved  and in those who stand up for justice for the marginalized and excluded among us.

May Jesus ‘ life and teachings illuminate and bless you in all your decisions including who you vote for today. Jesus created a table for all, may we create a country for all. He created a table with room for all , may we elect leaders to create a country for all.
