Today we had a relaxing day in Portlaoise. We walked around the town and ate a big dinner at Mulhall’s Restaurant.
I enjoyed my favorite vegetables- turnips with potatoes and butter on top. :
Then on the way back to Coolanowle, we had 3 large ice cream cones- (soft ice cream with a stick of chocolate) in cone - called 99.)
This was a perfect dessert on a very warm ,sunny day!
It was unbelievable but it felt like home in Florida without the thunderstorms!!
