Miriam Picconi ARCWP and Wanda Russell ARCWP Participate in Interfaith Service for Jewish Community in Palm Coast in Solidarity with Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh

Last night our Jewish friend invited us to a Memorial Service for our slain sisters and brothers in Pennsylvania. He asked us to wear our collars (which we seldom do) because he is so proud of us being priests and so that others would recognize us.
We were warmly accepted and the only Catholic representatives at the Service. After meeting us, the lead Rabbi invited me to share a few words of reflection along with those scheduled to speak. It was a blessing.  There were over a hundred people present. We were invited to sit in the front row so we couldn't take any pictures. However, at the end of the Service our friend Arnie Lavine (on the left and Rabbi Zev Sonnenstein (right) posed for a picture.
The Service was very moving and we were blessed to be a part of it.
